In short: we only collect what's needed to sell and deliver the Playbook. We don't sell your data, and this website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address and billing address, collected by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, and shared with us so we can deliver your order.
- Payment details: handled entirely by the payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- If you contact us: your email address or Instagram handle and anything you include in your message.
2. How we use it
- to deliver the Playbook and send your download link and receipt
- to reply to your questions and help with download issues
- to send you updated versions of the Playbook
- to keep records required by law, such as tax records
We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it with:
- our payment partner, to process your payment
- authorities, if the law requires it
4. Cookies and third parties
This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The checkout page is run by our payment partner and follows their own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
