In short: you're buying a digital PDF for your own personal use. Don't share or resell it. There are no refunds. Results aren't guaranteed, and you're responsible for how you use the AI tools and the content you post. By buying the Playbook or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
The Playbook is a digital PDF guide. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, you get a download link on screen and by email.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page in Indian Rupees (₹) and is charged once. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your order, so your receipt comes from them. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
3. Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the Playbook. You may not:
- share, upload, forward or resell the PDF or any part of it
- publish its content as your own, in any format
- use it to create a competing course or product
All content in the Playbook belongs to us. We may cancel access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. No guaranteed results
The views, followers and other results on this website are from one account and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your character, content, consistency, timing and factors outside our control, including how Instagram's algorithm treats your posts. Nothing in the Playbook is financial advice.
6. Third-party tools and platforms
The Playbook refers to tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini (Nano Banana), Higgsfield, Magnific, Instagram and video downloaders. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their features, prices and rules can change at any time, and you use them under their own terms. Any costs for these tools are yours to pay.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create and post using the Playbook. This includes:
- following Instagram's rules, including labelling AI-generated content
- respecting copyright and the rights of other creators whose videos you use
- not creating content that impersonates a real person, misleads people, or breaks any law
We are not responsible for any reel removed, account restricted, or claim made against you because of content you post.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the Playbook is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, followers or opportunities.
9. Changes
We may update the Playbook and these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
